Keys To Happiness-Last Minute Mother's Day Gift


Everyone knows that the KEY to Mom's heart this mother's day is ORGANIZATION!  We modified this idea we found on familyfun.go.com and tried it ourselves for you!  It turned out to be totally gift worthy and certainly something the entire family can participate in.  After all, isn't that truly what mother's day is about.  Showering mom with tacky-licious gifts that little fingers toiled over?

French Toast with Strawberries

Crunchy french toast fresh strawberries and cream cheese, make a great treat for any mom on Mother's Day!

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 slices cinnamon raisin bread
2 cups crushed cereal flakes (corn, bran, etc) - We used Kashi 7 Whole Grain Flakes
1 cup whipped cream cheese
1 cup diced fresh strawberries
2 tsp powdered sugar
Oil

Directions:
Crack eggs into medium size shallow bowl, beat lightly with a fork. Add milk and vanilla and stir well.
